There are projects where the clients are very much away from the project. (AWAY FROM SPACE) It can be in different districts, states, or countries. Still providing them with the desired service & outcome is what we have mastered on.
We have a session with the client where lots of thought process is being exchanged. If possible, having an initial meeting with each other is a very important idea, preferably at the site location. Later on, with the help of technology, we exchange designs & material details.
Mainer times we send samples for approval.  Such way we get the approval of designs & material. In such kinds of projects having trust in each other is a very important point.
As execution gets started, we regularly keep client posting about the development of the projects. Keep sending them site images for their satisfaction & confidence.

The excitement of such projects is completely different as the client personally looks & feels the space after a long interval, he likes the space they feel very excited.
The amount of responsibility is higher than other projects because we would be judged only after the competition or during the final stage of the competition.

Other is the case we are away from the project. Here also the process & protocol remains the same but we have to put in some extra efforts in planning & coordination. We have to work on lots of agendas in a single visit & short time frame so that the work goes on seamlessly. In spite of geographical boundaries, we are very well connected to the site & its day to day working.
Our team is deployed there throughout till the project is finalized which gives confidence. With our team working on the project it becomes easy to track the site on the parameter of time & budget.
Drawings are the language of interior designers. So, in such kinds of projects, we have a detailed list of working drawings so that it also becomes easy for contractors & clients to understand the design, & work accordingly.
